Enpals compliance management system helps to ensure that employees and directors act in accordance with the law and the company's internal rules.  

Our employees shall be supported by the Enpals compliance management system in the performance of their entrepreneurial activities so that our offered services and products as well as other activities are compliant with the rules applicable.

Whistleblowing

We expect our business partners to adhere to high ethical standards. This makes us more demanding when it comes to our own conduct. Reports of misconduct help us to maintain our ethical principles.

Anyone who suspects a breach of rules should not ignore it. Every report helps us to examine possible risks and to improve our preventive compliance measures company-wide. Therefore, breaches of rules should be reported as soon as possible, anonymously if desired.

No whistleblower who makes a report in good faith may be disadvantaged.

Grievance mechanism for possible environmental and human rights risks

Reports of possible violations of human rights or environmental commitments can be submitted online via Whistle Report or by post to Enpal B.V., Team Compliance, Koppenstr. 8, 10243 Berlin, Germany. You can also do this anonymously. Our rules for the procedure and the individual steps in the process can be found in our Rules of Procedure.

Appropriate and effective risk management

Enpal has established an adequate and effective risk management with the aim to identify, prevent, minimize or end the risks of violating human rights or environmental commitments.

It is embedded in all relevant business processes with appropriate measures. It includes conducting risk analysis of the business unit and suppliers in the global supply chain regularly.

Enpal implements tangible preventive and remedial actions to prevent or minimize the identified risks in the supply chain.

Annual report on compliance and implementation of due diligence obligations to the German authority in charge Federal Office for Economic Affairs and Export Control

Enpal will prepare a corresponding report and make it publicly available here free of charge for the first time no later than April 2024 for a period of seven years.
