Anyone who suspects a breach of rules should not ignore it. Every report helps us to examine possible risks and to improve our preventive compliance measures company-wide. Therefore, breaches of rules should be reported as soon as possible, anonymously if desired.

Reports of possible violations of human rights or environmental commitments can be submitted online via Whistle Report or by post to Enpal B.V., Team Compliance, Koppenstr. 8, 10243 Berlin, Germany. You can also do this anonymously. Our rules for the procedure and the individual steps in the process can be found in our Rules of Procedure.
Enpal has established an adequate and effective risk management with the aim to identify, prevent, minimize or end the risks of violating human rights or environmental commitments.
It is embedded in all relevant business processes with appropriate measures. It includes conducting risk analysis of the business unit and suppliers in the global supply chain regularly.
Enpal implements tangible preventive and remedial actions to prevent or minimize the identified risks in the supply chain.
Enpal will prepare a corresponding report and make it publicly available here free of charge for the first time no later than April 2024 for a period of seven years.
